We believe great food is born from the best ingredients. The cooking process begins with many questions and informed decisions. Which farm? What are the farming practices? Which breed of animal? Where are the fish from and how were they caught and handled? Which variet of sea salt is best for each dish? What type of oil?
Then, it’s time to cook
Each dish should be healthy, appear simple and show respect for the ingredients. Regular menu items will include oak smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked chicken, dry rub ribs done with apple and cherry wood & Apple-hickory smoked pulled pork. Because we can’t live on barbeque alone we will offer a daily menu featuring local products and world flavors. Soups, salads, fresh fish, and interesting takes on sashimi. Gourmet filled donuts will also be featured at 210 Green Bay Road.

We are musicians. We love live music. Our belief is that it should be free, fun and sound great. We book the best local and touring acts. All performers are mic’d and run through a sound board that is mixed by a sound engineer. Sound levels need to allow for a conversation. 210 Green Bay Road is not your typical band in a bar experience.
